Doesn't microsofts employees that do this fancy coding, have more than 5 bookmarks for which they would have needed a way to 'arrange' them to get back to them without having to type in a search parameter? Is that proper UI usage design to be forced to do a search for a bookmark? Part of the problem isthe original poster was confusing two different windows 8 apps. I mean really Microsoft? Is that what capitalism is all about, take your money and ignore p;roblems as long as you possibly can, because the OS was a bust?
Im furious that I've wasted MY TIME on this issue to continue to be frustrated by not only having NO solution when I called Microsoft tech support after getting NO help on these forums hereto only be met with FURTHER frustration because on the other end of the phone are people,,nice people albeit, that while they speak,ok English, in essence its HORRIBLE English because the words are so horribly spewn together that making sense of them is very difficult to the point that, instead of asking over and over again what was that again?
Microsoft you used to be good at this OS stuff, but now you are just wasting peoples time with beta software. It does NOT move into the folder. I "drag" a bookmark within the "Favorites" menu, and hover it over a folder. The folder does NOT open. I can hover the mouse cursor over a folder in the Favorites menu and it opens.

Anyway I decided not to update this time around and I am trying my best to show support for the new Internet Explorer I've imported my bookmarks from chrome but they way they are arranged in the Windows 10 APP is the reverse order of my preference - I manually arrange them in the actual browser but the change has not been implemented in the app.
